Our OLIO olive oil meets the conditions/quality criteria for the designation "extra virgin olive oil".
Even if today this mention does not mean anything anymore, Occhiolino is indeed cold extracted. This term was used to distinguish oils extracted with hot water. This method no longer exists.
Our olives are grown on plots concentrated in the village of Vico del Gargano in northern Puglia, a region renowned for the quality of its olive oil.
Occhiolino is produced from fruits that have not been treated at any time. Olive oil is a 100% natural product. There are no preservatives in olive oil, even less in Occhiolino's. Certified organic

This project started a few years ago with the acquisition of olive trees in Vico del Gargano, in Puglia, Italy.
As time went by and the harvests came in, the realization that our oil deserved to be shared pushed me to start marketing it.
Occhiolino, the olive oil, is born in 2019. A little over a year later, in 2021, Occhiolino becomes a brand and 2 new products are added to the range: the Limoncello and the Succo. Closely followed by a 3rd product, the Apple Juice. Other products are on the agenda.
Occhiolino, in short, is to produce in full transparency, to aspire to the best possible quality and to allow a moment of sharing.
Disconnecting, having a good time, and appreciating the simple and authentic things, this is also the spirit of Occhiolino.
Hand picked by a team of locals, our olives are then sent to the village press (Oleificio Fiorentino) to extract the wonderful oil of Occhiolino.
